Returns Policy

At Noor Hardware, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy — giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back.

How to Start a Return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
