Shipping policy

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties involved in the transaction, and provide you with a clear understanding of how Noor Hardware operates.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and contact you to choose between a refund for the missing item or waiting for it to be restocked.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
All charges are collected at the time of purchase and represent the final cost to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Noor Hardware accepts returns for change of mind within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements.
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned goods.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs initially; once the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse the return postage.

Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Depending on stock availability, resolutions may include:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

  • Economy Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (£15): 3–4 business days
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days

4.2 International Shipping

Noor Hardware currently does not offer international shipping.

4.3 Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national and public holidays.
We make every effort to minimize delays during busy or holiday periods.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery addresses can be updated any time before dispatch.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We can ship to P.O. boxes using standard postal services.
Courier delivery is not available for P.O. box addresses.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses via postal services.
Courier delivery is not supported for these addresses.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

In-stock items will be shipped immediately.
Any backordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available.

4.8 Delayed Deliveries

If your order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team so that we can investigate the issue with the courier.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time via the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the delivery and inform the courier immediately.
  • If you accepted delivery while away, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

All product prices displayed on our website include applicable UK VAT (Value Added Tax).

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Noor Hardware does not currently offer international shipping.
If we introduce international delivery in the future, any import duties or taxes will be the recipient’s responsibility.
Refusal to pay import duties may result in the parcel being returned at your expense. Refunds will be limited to the product’s value and will exclude original and return shipping fees.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy for available options.

9. Insurance

All shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the declared courier value.

9.1 Damaged in Transit

A refund or replacement will be issued once the courier confirms that the parcel was damaged during transit.

9.2 Lost in Transit

Refunds or replacements will be issued after courier investigation confirms that the parcel has been lost.
